Novoeniseisk Wood Chemical Complex JSC is one of the largest sites in Russia, and it is located in Lesosibirsk in Krasnoyarsk Krai. Its distinctive features include its absolute independence, expansion of the scope of its activity from procurement of raw materials to finished product sales, and pursuance of waste-free production. The advantage of the plant's location is its proximity to the world's highest-quality forest resources. The plant produces lumber from Baltic pine (74%), larch (15%) and spruce/fir (11%) under GOST 26002-83 and GOST 8486-86. The site produces up to 500,000 m3 of lumber, 20,000,000 m2 of fibreboard, and up to 60,000 tonnes of fuel pellets annually.
The plant started logging its own wood in 1994. For this purpose, the plant has seven branches of the harvesting sites: Motyginsky, Nazimovsky, Ust-Kemsky, Nizhneteryansky, Khrebtovsky, Gremuchinsky, and Nevoksky. The annual size of the logging site is 2,200,000 m3 of wood, which the company harvests using its own vehicles and fleet, as well as highly qualified specialists. Raw materials are sufficient for uninterrupted active operation of the site throughout the year thanks to the efforts of the plant and its logging branches.
Logging, woodworking, and wood chemistry are combined into a comprehensive process cycle.
The plant has been operating since 1960. Developed logistics and extensive experience in sales allows NLHK JSC to supply products all over the world. This includes such countries as China, Lebanon, Egypt, Germany, Jordan, and Syria. The plant is one of the town-forming enterprises: it provides jobs for about 1,300 people.
